The used theoretical tool is the kinematics’ theorem of the theory of the limit analysis and more exactly a superior bound of the solution in the case of the criterion of COULOMB and the Mathcad software is used to obtain numeric results or these last ones indicate that the presentations made by the limit analysis it 3D supply significant limitations on the fields of speeds (a minimum exists).
