One of these measures is lean production system that was first introduced in the 1990. The purpose of this study is to apply lean production principles to precast fabrication. This study first describes the origin and concepts, specifically the 14 management principles and 4P models of lean production system to pinpoint how this system can be applied. Then two of these principles are applied on precast plant management by using fuzzy logic. A real case is examined using the proposed method. The result from this study demonstrates that applying lean production system in precast fabrication can reduce waste and increase values for customers. ER -
