The possibility of compound use is substantiated to manage a massif based on ore mine refuse and underground leaching. The features of small fraction weakly active compound components are characterized. The criterion of management economic efficiency by a massif state and the condition of a geomechanical system strength is proposed. The zonality of ore-bearing rocks is described. The method of technology danger assessment is proposed for environment. The combined technology is proposed as the optimum technology for the economic and environmental criteria. ER -
