AB  - Recognition and declare of properties of modern medias such as internet is important in whole of the world. Satellite and internet are influenced in the life of Iranian people and they have different effects on different dimensions of their lives so there is direct relation by information technology for declaring these effects of mass media on society in dominion of family chastity in Iran. The people’s concern is changes that are created by modern technology in the life. At result a lot of people are trying to find solution of opposing to consequences of modern communications such as internet and satellite. At first we study different ideas about society effects of technology in this way and then we investigate these theories. The people’s necessity for creating delivery in general culture of hijab and chastity trying for solve the problem and extending people’s protests to responsible of religion culture, government motion and programming in 4 levels: recognition the problem in the view point of experts, pathology of the problem, checking the solutions of the problem and offering suitable solutions to operative low sources such as legislature (such as low essays) changing the situation and creating a desirable situation in hijab and chastity by using government authorities.
