AB  - This manuscript would try to present an appropriate classification of smart building systems process and link them to present construction market to discover how nowadays construction sector are influenced by smart buildings. Several documents are created during the construction by the engineers, subcontractor, suppliers and manufacturers. These include design, construction and produced data. Mostly, a site is chosen and a preparatory spending plan and schedule are set.
