The drive of the double-knife cutting unit is carried out by one mechanism. The use of flexible links makes it possible to reduce the weight and material consumption of the mechanism. Due to the presence of flexible links, the mechanism does not require high precision in the manufacture of parts it is not sensitive to deformation of the frame which increases the reliability of the mechanism. Analytic expressions are obtained for determining the movement, speed and acceleration of cutting unit. ER -
