The inspiration behind the study of LDO regulators is driven by the increasing demand for higher performance power supply circuits. The BGR provides a reference voltage of 0.9 V, that can be vary according to the requirements. The designed LDO will provide an output voltage of 1.8 V with ±3% variation across the PVT variations. The study further illustrates the analysis and the results relevant to the LDOs and BGR using 55 nm CMOS technology. ER -
