A total of 350 university students successfully completed survey questionnaire. Descriptive data analysis and hierarchical regression conducted by using Statistical Package of Social Science (SPSS Version 20.0). First, there is correlation between coaching style and student’s satisfaction. Second, smartphone usage affected between coaching style and student’s satisfaction. This study proposes a new technology in teaching and learning co-curriculum courses to strengthen the generic skills of students in the 4th of industrial revolution era. ER -
