This influence reflected directly on the infrastructure system services which led to the weakness of its functional efficiency as well as their insufficient to the needs of the population. The reason for the spread of residential slums was due to several factors and reasons that helped them to form and grow, despite their negative effects, especially, infrastructure services such as transport routes, health, education and electrical power which led to the inadequacy of the population from the system service.
