These techniques are developed in order to expose some of the private banks to many of the obstacles and problems that lead to failure and inability to continue. By using the smart techniques of decision trees and the traditional methods (time series) to compare the two methods to find out which is more accurate in predicting financial failure and judging the continuity of economic unity this study, therefore, aimed to predict financial failure and judge the continuity of economic unity.
