Patent search showed that the authors proposed a new design of screw heat exchanger for vat pasteurizer. There is a patent for utility model "Vat pasteurizer". The use of developed equipment would reduce production costs by reducing energy consumption and time spent on production. Production of dairy products directly on the basis of farms and using the developed equipment will improve the efficiency of milk production. Also it will create a good business struggle between the milk processing enterprises and decrease the price for products. The proposed methodology of calculating the design parameters of screw heat exchanger is based on the common methods of calculation of heat transfer processes.
