Strategy development is a decision-making process that determines the orientation of the organization in the long-term. In this study with the aims developing a strategy for Iralco Company, first we explained the company’s vision and mission and then we identified the company’s strategic goals. Then, we did environmental analyzing and identifying the current internal and external situation and matched statistics for Strengths and Weaknesses-Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) and then the SPACE matrix have used to specify the proper strategy for the company. Afterwards, several major strategies are planned and solutions and operational programs for each strategy have been specified. At the end, the QSPM matrix has been used to prioritize strategies.
