This raises the problem of considering the multidimensional aspect of the relevance of. To address this problem, we propose a new approach based on the Choquet integral. The results obtained are satisfactory and confirms those obtained by the method based on the Sugeno integral. This approach allows and classifies all the companies concerned and in the same time, facilitates the assessment of the efficiency of the governance of each company. It also has the advantage of making available to the state shareholder a decision-making means capable of modulating its means of intervention according to the maturity of the governance system of each public establishments or enterprises.
