This environment is made up of the components and devices used in a teleoperated surgical room such as Stryker stretcher, oxygen tank, patient, basic dissection tools, tool exchanger magazine and a 6-axis robotic arm. The objective of this virtual platform is to perform training simulations of surgical procedures in order that medical personnel entrench the acquired knowledge before they face a real-life procedure.
