Based on Cochran formula, 68 companies were chosen as the sample. The components of two variables of customer relationship management and market development are evaluated. The 5-point Likert scale questionnaire with demographic variables was developed that was used to the test hypotheses. Results showed that there is a significant positive relationship between customer relationship management and market development.
