Underpinned by the organizational control theory, a survey was conducted to examine the statistical relationships between organizational external factors and the medical waste management practice among public hospitals in Libya. The correlation analysis illustrates that the environmental factors and government policy significantly influence medical waste segregation, collection and disposal. ER -
