The reaction product were examined by X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) and the Scanning Eectron Microscope (SEM) and UV-visible spectrophotometer. Thick films were deposited by drop casting on different substrates. The electrical and thermo power were studied. C-V measurement and dielectric parameter as a function of frequency of the films were obtained with LCR meter. ER -
