It presents a universal framework of security management model for integrating and managing security features namely label-based access control of integrated heterogeneous relational legacy databases. The model is anchored in Rule-Based Algorithm and Global Security Policies, using XML as integration medium with richer features and above. Validation and implementation of the expedient model are also provided including the designated-principal benchmarks.
