Modern computing tools and document flow automation according to the rational organization of work are being used in the process. Methods of system, structural and functional analysis, comparison, analysis and synthesis, modeling and design were all used as the main methods. It is expected to develop a database to work with the proposed system in this study and organize the protection of personal data. To this purpose, we will use methods of relational algebra and block chain technology.
