Considerable attention is paid to modeling and tuning of the electronic registry as a data structure that changes its state during the time. That provides round the clock operation of the subsystem in real time. Using the oracle database and oracle application express framework subsystem "Electronic Registry" was developed and put into operation at the National University of Radioelectronics.
