Since, stress is a source of all disease it is very important to stress reduction and overcome it. Too many people drink to stress reduction. While drinking many people rejoice and torment their opponents. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of drinking on stress reduce by measuring Heart Rate Variability (HRV) at working and before/after drinking. As a result of the experiment it was confirmed that all the subjects had increased stress index, SDNN before drinking, so that, the stress was reduced. Also, it was confirmed that the stress index increased and some stress index decreased after drinking. The inconsistency in the change in stress index immediately after drinking is a transient phenomenon caused by inhibition of the nervous system. These results show that the drinking party itself helps to reducing the stress rather than drinking alcohol. Keywords: Stress;drinking;drinking party;Heart Rate Variability (HRV);SDNN;social structure
