The advent of FinTech industry had to requiring triggered vibrant research of the biometrics-based non-face-to-face identification and digital signature technologies, especially in the financial industry. The biggest problems of the digital signature technologies are delegation/lending/duplication. In this study, we propose a new approach method which use the TEE area in the smart phones and it based on non-face-to-face identification and digital signature method. Suggested method is requiring no specific device except smart phones. The biometric information and personal data of the user are stored in the safe TEE within the smart phone. In our method, the key generation and digital signature are also, conducted in TEE, we can prevent to various types of attack including sniffing and man-in-the-middle attack. Also, because all of the processes are conducted in TEE, the all transactions can be protected against malicious users.
