Based on leadership theory and social exchange theory, the study investigated the role of Strategic Leadership (SL) and Organizational Learning Culture (OLC) on Organizational Sustain ability (OS) among employees in the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA), UAE. The current study adopted SEM to test the studys hypothesis. A sample of 372 employees in the GDRFA was selected randomly. In this representative sample, a survey was carried out to find out the extent of SL and OLC influence on OS. All the studys hypothesis were supported. SL is significantly predicting OS, SL is significantly predicting OLC and OLC is significantly predicting OS. As well as, OLC is significantly mediates the relationship between SL and OS. The proposed model explained 64.7% of the variance in OS. Finally, theoretical and managerial implications were discussed.
