Abstract

Lecturer is one crucial component to the educational process. The low level of pedagogical competence of lecturers currently caused by factors derived from the internal lecturer itself and other. The performance of some of the factors studied were the most interesting pedagogical competence of lecturers and work motivation. This research was conducted to determine how the pedagogic competence and motivation that can affect the performance of the lecturers so that the results can be used as a reference in the decision. The method used in this research is survey method with quantitative research approaches. Hypothesis testing using the Pearson product moment correlation analysis and multiple correlation. Results from this research is the interpretation of the value between pedagogical competence and motivation to work on the performance of the lectures. Case studies in this research conducted in Bali Computer College with the object of research is IT lecturer.
