Abstract

In accordance with modern requirements to education and saving schoolchildren’s health in the conditions of growing psycho-emotional and information loads the first year of education is extremely complex, critical, crisis period in the child’s life because, it is transformed not only his place in the system of social relations but also his lifestyle. Careless games are replaced with daily classes which require intense mental work. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize the process of first-grader’s adaptation as it is presented in our research.
