Abstract
The study identified, based on an analysis of indicators of the industrial sector, the most acute problems of production efficiency and investment in fixed assets undertaken in order to implement new technologies, expanding the range of industries and the creation of new jobs which allows us to formulate the need to build and implement a modern and efficient policy industrial growth, based on the use of determinants of integration of this sector of the economy. Just in justified, firstly, the feasibility of forming transformation of industrial policy, the central backbone element of which is to stimulate the development of vertically integrated structures and secondly, the lack of efficiency of formation of simple corporate structures that enable the integration component industry proven in the world practice the principles of cluster development.
