Abstract

This research study deals with entrepreneurs in social media. The study conceptualizes and methodologically highlights issues in social media and using various platforms. The research was conducted in small and medium enterprises. Enterprises that use social media for the strategic growth of their business is found to do well when compared to their competitors who do not use social media. The study clearly establishes that social media is the tool for greater market accessibility and also promotes customer relationship management.
