For chondrogenic, osseous healing, bone marrow aspiration concentrate (BMAC), which also includes stem cells and other growth factors, may be highly effective. The aim of our study is to find out the Efficacy and functional outcome of bone marrow aspirate concentrate injection in osteoarthritis of knee. Pose the patient while using the posterior method, then feel for the upper portion of the posterior iliac crest. Prepare the surgical site and numb the area using sterile techniques. Make a tiny puncture incision to insert the needle. In order to ensure that the stylet can be easily separated from the needle's cannula once it has been inserted into the bone, prepare the needle by removing and reinserting it once after removing the plastic protection from the aspiration needle. The KSS Score increased from 56% in the range of 60-69 preoperatively to 86% in the range of 80-100 postoperatively at 6 months following BMAC injection. The average pre-operative knee society score was found to be 68.5, with a minimum of 56 and a high of 80. which has post-operatively improved to a mean KSS score of 87, with a range of 78 to 92, and a statistically significant P value of 0.05. The initial BMC injection, patients reported less discomfort and easier performance of daily activities, and they continued to report advantages with each additional treatment, according to the short-term findings of our study.
