There were analyzed strength and electric insulating properties of polymer-modified cements over a wide range of change of polymer-cement ratios. There was determined a polymer-modified cement composition optimal for electric insulation. A possibility to use polymer-modified cement as an insulating material for electromagnets was demonstrated.
