Abstract

A Measuring and Diagnostic Unit (MDU) is designed and developed with a special software for technical condition monitoring concerning blanks, finished parts and prospective gas engine mechanisms. Theoretical and experimental studies were performed in respect of blanks, finished parts and gas engine mechanism vibration characteristics to determine their technical condition with MDU use. The method of defect determination was proposed concerning blanks, finished parts and mechanisms of gas engines with MDU use.
