Abstract

The purpose of the research discussed in this study is to ascertain the relationship between Entrepreneurial Orientation (EO) organizational Learning (OL), Innovation (IN) and Business Performance (BP) in State Owned Company in Indonesia. Entrepreneurial Orientation (EO) and its principles have increasingly been introduced to the industry to improve Business Performance (BP). However, little research summaries the model that exposes the relationships between EO and mediating role of organizational learning and innovation and demonstrates their importance to business performance. A survey to 90 managers of 168 Indonesia’s state owned enterprises in indonesia would be conducted and analysis of data using Partial Least Square (PLS) modelling would be used to test the hypotheses.
