Abstract

At present, the need to analyze the maintenance of tasks by computing clusters is urgent. In the study the question of transition from a log of operation of a computing cluster (the list of all comers of jobs) to its approximation is considered. Stochastic parameters are approximated: runtime of jobs intervals between their arrivals. The result is checked by simulation modeling.
