Abstract
The current research aimed to investigate obstacles on the way of applying communications and information technologies at Alborz Province education schools in the educational year of 2013-2014. The research has been conducted ina survey form and the statistical population consisted of all teachers at three education levels of Alborz Province. The sample is comprised of 217 teachers who were selected through proportionate cluster sampling. Tool for gathering data is a researcher made questionnaire whose validity was confirmed by experts and its reliability is 92% by using cronbach’s alpha. For a statistical analysis, P2-test, K Schwer and Friedman tests were applied. Research results indicated that obstacles are; managerial obstacles; organizational obstacles; individual obstacles; technical-infrastructure obstacles; economic obstacles; ineffectiveness obstacles; traditional teaching obstacles; pedagogic obstacles; cultural and educational obstacles. These obstacles hinder the application of communications and information technologies at Alborz Province education schools in the Alborz Province.
