Abstract
In this research was used to fuzzy multiple criteria decision making for assessing urban planning projects and extract the optimized master plan for cities. For the results of the most reliable were merged two methods, namely Fuzzy AHP and Fuzzy VIKOR. Where researcher used Fuzzy AHP to extract the relative importance of the criteria and used Fuzzy VIKOR to rank alternatives and extract the optimized alternative. Muqdadiyah City has taken as a case study to research and received the land use criteria at the highest importance among the criteria, after completing calculations show that the optimized master plan is the third alternative. And used these methods to ensure the accuracy of the results in uncertainty environment.
