Abstract

In study, the reasons of emergence and a consequence of corruption in the countries with an emerging economy are opened and on the basis of the analysis of structure of social communications in the course of implementation of corruption activity the main models of corruption behavior are described. Purpose of work to open the reasons of emergence and a consequence of corruption in the countries with an emerging economy and on the basis of the analysis of structure of social communications in the course of implementation of corruption activity to describe the main models of corruption behavior. In the real work, on the basis of comparative and functional approaches the main spheres of corruption manifestations are defined and on the basis of a method of statistical supervision the assessment is given to the applied methods of fight against corruption within neoclassical and institutional approaches. The main signs of corruption actions and their negative consequences. It is proved that the corruption phenomenon in Russia, reflects internal contradictions of social and economic state system, thus existence of close connection between corruption and shadow economy. The main spheres of corruption manifestations are defined and the structure of social communications in the course of implementation of corruption activity is analysed.
