Abstract

In this research we examine the Euclidean controllability for a neutral system with a nonlinear base given by By a careful analysis of the maximum principle, necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence and uniqueness of optimal controls are deduced. This work is a great improvement of existing works providing a relationship between the attainable and reachable sets.
