This study aimed to determine the relationship between time management and students academic achievement the relationship between the intensity of Smart phone using as a learning source and students academic achievement the simultaneous relationship between of time management and the intensity of Smart phone using as a learning source on students academic achievement. This was a correlational study with ex-post facto research design. This research was conducted in information technology education undiksha singaraja. The sample used was 164 students. There were two variables investigated two independents variables and a dependent variable. The data were obtained throughout distributing questionnaires. A parametric test was conducted with the prerequisite tests, namely, normality, linearity, heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity tests. The hypotheses were conducted by using product moment analysis and multiple regression test. This study reveals that, there is positive and significant contribution of time management on students academic achievement which is 2.6% there is positive and significant contribution of the intensity of Smart phone using as a learning source on students academic achievement which is 2.5% and there is no significant contribution of time management and the intensity of Smart phone using as a learning source on students academic achievement which is 3%.
